Emerald City is the name of the proposed mixed-use development at 296 – 298 Botany Road & 284 Wyndham Street in Alexandria, Sydney. With a proposed construction value of $160 million, the proposal was for a 24-storey mixed use development comprising retail, commercial and residential in a build to rent offering, located on a prominent site in the heart of Green Square.
