Tom Clark MRICS | Director
Tom is a Chartered Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has over 15 years experience in Building Certification and Access Consultancy having delivered lead surveying services in both the public and private sector in Australia and overseas. Tom is a Building Surveyor (Unrestricted) in NSW, a Principal Building Surveyor in the ACT and a Building Surveying Practitioner Level 1 in WA. Tom is also an Accredited Member of the Association of Access Consultants in Access Australia.
Krish Niroula | Senior BCA Consultant
Krish is an experienced Building Surveyor and BCA Consultant with over seven years of industry experience across both the public and private sectors. Based in Sydney, he is registered as a Building Surveyor (Restricted) in New South Wales and is an accredited member of the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors (AIBS). He also holds Level 1 – Building Surveyor accreditation under the AIBS National Accreditation Scheme.
Krish brings practical insight across a wide range of project types and is known for delivering proactive, solutions-focused advice. He has extensive experience across both commercial and residential developments and has worked on a broad range of projects in these sectors.
